Current smartphones with 5G modems are all high-end, so they have rather high prices. Qualcomm had announced that the upcoming Snapdragon processors in the 7 series will support next-generation networks. One of them should be the Snapdragon 735 which you will probably find in the Nokia 8.2 5G.
Currently the Qualcomm 5G modem is combined only with the Snapdragon 855 processor. The arrival of the new 7-series chips will contribute to a greater diffusion of devices compatible with 5G networks. The Snapdragon 735, made with 7-nanometer process technology, could debut later this year. The launch of the Nokia 8.2 5G it is instead expected in February, almost certainly at the Mobile World Congress 2020 in Barcelona, along with the LTE version which should instead integrate the "old" Snapdragon 730.
The smartphone will surely have a PureDisplay with HDR10 support, like the current Nokia 8.1, but maybe there will be no notch. HMD Global would indeed have chosen an "all-screen" design with a front camera Pop-up from 32 megapixels. One of the four rear cameras, enclosed in a circular form (similar to that of the Nokia 7.2 / 6.2), should have a sensor to 64 megapixels.
Three versions are provided with 4/6/8 GB of RAM and 64/128/256 GB of storage. No smartphone in the Finnish manufacturer's catalog has 8 GB of RAM, so it would be an absolute novelty (if confirmed). Given the possible announcement in Barcelona there is no doubt about the operating system installed: Android 10 in stock version. The Nokia 8.2 will also be an Android One smartphone, which will guarantee two major releases (Android R and S) and security patches for three years.
